Walking

Walking is an easy way to get more active. It is free, there are lots of ways that you can fit it into your daily routine and is a great activity for all abilities.

Walking is great for your heart health and can help you to burn calories. You don't need to walk for miles to feel the benefits. A brisk 10 minute walk can really make a difference. The Active 10 app can track how much and how fast you've walked. The Active 10 app is free to download from Google Play and the Apple Store. For more information, visit the Active 10 website
